Fourth Graders took a trip around the world. Jumping from continent to continent we discovered all 7 and its main countries. Here they go: Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Oceania and Antarctica.
Then students chose a continent and a main country from that continent and developed a grill with key information, interesting facts and a handmade picture of its flag. To do this, the class was split into work groups. Each group had an Atlas and books to develop the task... but we all realized that we needed to use the computer. Two people from each group were allowed to use the computer for 10 minutes to find all the information needed.
When all the grills were ready, each group prepared a Presentation that was offered later for the whole class.
